Composition of precision components
For this project, we took care of the complete purchasing process: both the purchasing parts and the manufacturing parts were arranged and followed by us. In addition, we carried out the assembly of the parts. The composition consists of high-precision components, including bearings and specially treated parts, some of which are silver-plated.
Bearing test setup
For this project we carried out the entire process: from concept development and design to engineering. The necessary parts have also been taken care of by us. In addition, we carried out the complete assembly and extensively tested the setup. The result is an accurate and reliable test setup for bearings.
Coating tool
For this project, we discussed and optimized the drawings together with the customer, so that the parts could be produced better and more cost-efficiently. We then prepared the quotation, took care of the parts in various materials such as special stainless steel, hardened materials and magnets and carefully assembled the tool. This combination of materials contributes to the functionality of the finished product.
Welding tool
For this project, we took care of the process from arranging the parts to assembling the complete assembly. The tool consists of various components made of hard anodized aluminum and is assembled with Swagelok couplings. After assembly, the setup is tested and provided with a measurement control.
Various separate parts

Transport Tool
For this project, we took care of the process: from purchasing and manufacturing parts to the final assembly of the complete transport tool. The tool consists of milled aluminum components with a hard anodized finish, combined with in-house manufactured 3D printed parts.
